After an amazing Ecuadoria buffet at our hotel...we headed to the airport in Quito. Our flight was actually two legs... one 45 minute jaunt to the Coast then a 4 hour flight out to the Galapagos. Arriving at the airport was such a freeing feeling to finally be done travelling and be off of planes!! I took this picture because I was so glad to be on the runway!
We headed to the port and encountered our first wildlife...sea lions sprawled out on the benches by the boats.
Needless to say, we had to play with them. 
The Port was on Seymour Island, and there were a couple other boats that were headed out for excursions there to pick up passengers from the plane. The harbor was gorgeous.
